withdrawing money from this account is like going to China. The wire transfer comes the next day. ACH comes the day after. I have two bank accounts linked to the account. Only BoA is transactable. My Capital One account never gets a transaction through. Always gets canceled with an AML code. Never get anyone on the phone to answer...I guess US time is sleeping time in China. Please stay away from them .

New to Moomoo. My initial deposit on opening the account was confirmed in minutes. Now when I try to add a larger amount, it's into the second business day using OSKO transfers and my remittance hasn't arrived in my trading account. OSKO is intantaneous. Is this some kind of short term money market investment scam whilst they deliberately delay receipting your funds? There is NO excuse for this and it certainly doesn't occur with any other online broker I have/do used/use when OSKO payments are made. What is the reason for this!? Sort it today or BYE BYE MOOMOO and your Temu-esque BS marketing and interface!

Beware of 2 things before opening a brokerage account with Moomoo: 1. No auto-invest option. Ridiculous! 2. They charge $75 fee every time you transfer stocks (rollover) to external brokerage accounts. What a scam!

Not a good experience , Check high up for a more reliable option.

Writing this in October 2025. The MooMoo platform had failed me twice in the last three weeks. This has resulted in financial loss. I am a level 3 trader which is supposed to mean I get dedicated customer support. No-one at MooMoo picks up the phone. I have lost all trust in MooMoo. I can understand that things can go wrong, but if I am paying for a service then please answer my call, don't post a generic 'it's not us, it's someone else' and please don't expect that we can just forget about it and move on.

Lost big capitals due to theie malfunctinioning app. Wasnt able to sell my stocks neither pre-market or during market time. This is totally not okay. An excuse of network failure wont help me get capitals back.

They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you off the phone They hardly speak English They don't care Their app displays stocks with a 15 minute delay, unless you pay them a subscription fee monthly This is highway robbery

Just never open account with these guys they are highly unprofessional, lazy and super rude Slow systems , Red tape They don’t care about their customers
