Several days after purchasing I was notified my order could not be shipped. The website should warn you before allowing you to make the payment. I had to ask for a refund.

This is not the very first time I have ordered with moody lense. I was a satisfied customer. THO THIS TIME, I'M NOT. My order took more than 30 days to arrive which was the standard shipping days is from 10 to 20 days. In addition to that, I dunno why they did it, but the courier delivery ask me to pay for delivery charge or even pick up charge, when that never happened to my previous orders. Very conning. This will be the last time I will order with this company. I could refused receiving the items however I paid the lenses already and if this is their doing now. I might not get the refund easy.

i would give 0 stars if i could. i placed an order on 27 feb. i understand that it would take 3-5 days to update the tracking and stuff according to their website, but till now, i’ve not even received anything or any updates. i’ve tried emailing, whatsapping, texting their ig multiple times the past few days and i’ve gotten no replies. i can’t even get a refund or a response. this is such a bad company that doesn’t even care about its customers
