Hi there, thank you for your review. We deeply apologize for the unsatisfactory experience you had shopping with us. We are especially sorry for the poor communication on our part; due to a surge in orders, we made several errors while trying to resolve the change in your order. It is our priority to provide quality service, and we are coordinating internally to make sure this doesn't happen again. Hopefully we can make it up to you, and we are honoring the same promotion that was offered in your original order. Again, we are very sorry for all the inconvenience and upset caused.
