Hi Jan, we’re sorry for the frustration. Our return policy only applies to unopened packages, since lenses are medical items and can’t be reused once opened. From your order details, the diopter chosen was -2.50 (minus), this is also printed on the lens box, while you needed +2.50 (plus) as per your email to us. Because the lenses were opened and tried, we’re unable to accept the return. Thank you for understanding.
