IMJ
My experience with moodylenses has always been positive. Aside from their quality colored contacts and fast delivery times, I had reached out to their customer support team for assistance on an issue and they were more than accommodating and their responses were timely. I am a customer who has purchased from them multiple times and I will be returning again!

Dear IMJ, it means a lot to hear that you've consistently had positive experiences with both our lenses and our support team; thank you so much! We truly appreciate your continued trust in Moody and look forward to serving you again on your next order💚

Honestly, I love Moody so much! The lenses are super comfortable and don’t hurt my eyes at all, and they’re so pretty. There are so many different color options and prescription ranges, which makes them versatile for everyone. Most importantly, their customer service is amazing! I emailed support because I used Apple Pay for my transaction, but it didn’t go through since I was missing $0.01. Thankfully, Moody replied really quickly and helped me find a solution right away. This is honestly such an amazing contact lens brand, and I’ll definitely continue purchasing from them. (Next time I probably won’t use Apple Pay though 😭) Thank you so much, Moody!

Very comfortable! Color was spot on! Delivery was faster than other international contact brands I’ve used in the past. Can’t wait to wear during summer festivals and concerts! Will order again!

This is my second time buying from this site. So far I haven't had any issues. The lenses aren't damaged, the package itself isn't damaged. And it's really easy to keep up with the status of my package, which it also came earlier than estimated. But regardless I respect the estimated time. I'm just really happy it came sooner all in one piece :)

Yeontan, thank you for coming back for a second order! It means so much to know you've had another smooth experience with us. We're especially happy to hear your package arrived safely and even earlier than expected. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to your next order 🤍
