I love the colours of the lens however when I wanted to purchase the same colours again, i realised it wasn't available anymore

Their customer service is all time EXCELLENT!! I ordered several times and usually their correspondences are kind, decent and fast and especially this time because of the international law changes in EU, they were very empathetic to the extreme delivery delay (3months to arrive at our house) and even offered a refund even it's not their fault. Unfortunatelly I had to do extra custom document filing and PAYMENT just to receive parcel so I don't think I can order again sooner but really appreciate their manner toward customer✨

EDIT: I placed my order on May 17th and received the package on June 26th. It took a while but I did receive my package after all & they had good customer service during the entire experience. We went back and forth with emails & they tried to solve the issue with tracking, etc. Very responsive & I’m happy with the lenses I got :)

My order went through, but got contacted informing me that my items were out of stock and customer service was wondering if I’d like to replace with different colors. I was open to the option but the communication with customer service wasn’t not prompted and after knowing all the items I ordered were out of stock I asked to cancel my order. There’s was not further communication from the customer service but I did notice the refund on my bank account so I still gave it a 3 star. Wish for some improvement on the communication. Update: Got the email notifying regarding the refund so I changed it to 4 (more so a 3.5. Communication still feels a bit slow to me, but at least they are trying.

I've ordered contacts from this company three times - 10 in total for cosplay! They're incredibly comfortable and don't irritate my eyes at all, although shipping can take a bit longer than I'd prefer.

I have naturally dark eyes and was looking to try a more exotic, mixed-race style. The Swing lenses look stunning when worn and are very comfortable. However, without makeup, the effect is a bit more subtle.
