Great customer service! I had ordered prescription lenses but they didnt work out. I sent an email to let them know and they made sure to have me as a satisfied customer. I was in a middle of a move so I couldn't always answer to their responses and do as instructed to get a refund or replacements. They told me to take my time and decide what I wanted to do. Some companies usually give you a certain amount of time to get refund or you loose your money but they waited til I could and still sent me replacements regardless of how long it took for me to get back to them. Gave me a gift code for when i order the next time. Thank you moodylenses you are a legit company you Rock!!

The contact lenses are very comfortable to wear.

This is my 4th set of lenses from Moody and they are as excellent as promised. I'm Canadian and my order took about 14 days to deliver. I usually get the planos because my optimetrist doesn't have the same array of colors. The lenses are very comfortable and the color selection is amazing. If you don't normally wear contacts I suggest a professional case as the one included is not for long term storage. (Don't forget to get some contact solution as well.) You get exactly what you order with MoodyLenses and if there's an issue, the customer service is top notch! I will be definetly be ordering again.

The order was easy to make and to be honest, I have forgotten about it. Meanwhile the order did not arrive since the address was wrong. Customer was quick to reach out and by confirming my address, the shipment was sent within 2 weeks with an easy Track & Trace to follow up. The products are very nice and as expected and I can recommend subscribing to the newsletter to see the discount week for the contact lenses

They’re very hands-on with their customers, they respond quickly, and the product is fantastic! It’s my first time ordering and first time wearing contacts, and this didn’t fail my expectations at all. I even got so many compliments at school when I wore the lens! 🥰🥰🥰

The contact lenses are super hydrating and really comfortable, even with my dry eyes. There was a delay due to third-party verification, but communication was great and reassuring throughout. The order still arrived on time, within the 9-16 day shipping window. I’m very happy with the customer service and lens quality!
