I recently shared my experience with Montgomery’s Furniture. While I am happy with the furniture that we purchased, I encountered a few issues following the purchase. Since sharing my thoughts, I immediately heard from Anita, the director of sales, as well as the salesperson. I appreciate the concern shown to me by Anita, and how receptive she was to listening to my situation. She made several offers to try to rectify the situation, and I was very impressed with her willingness to do so.

The salesclerk and the delivery men were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Keanna was great to work with. No pressure and very helpful.

The place is very well laid out. The sales staff were great. Asked us what we were looking for gave us a few suggestions then let us look around on our own but keep in contact. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because anything u had to order will take 4-6 weeks.

I have had the pleasure of working with the same design consultant who listens attentively and is willing to provide ideas and find what I have in mind. Always a pleasure to scour the showroom for inspiration.

Working with Nita and John has been wonderful. I have enjoying finding things and them finding things for our new home.Had worked with another sale person,but disappointed to say the least.
