Was sorely disappointed in how cheaply made their products are. These wouldn’t be worth half the price they are charging. What is worse, though, is their horrid returns process. It is supposed to be extremely easy according to their website, but it has taken multiple emails, a trip to the shipping store plus almost $20 to ship back, and despite a confirmation saying that they have received my tracking information and will issue a refund, I have yet to see any money back in my account.

I ordered 2 items a month ago and have not received them. I suspect these items r coming directly from china. If I had known this I would not have purchased them. Christmas is next week and I have yet to receive the items for my grandchildren

I don't trust any of these 4 or 5 star reviews. I have been waiting for the delivery of a felt Christmas tree/snowman and a switch board since Nov 18. They took payment right away and then the interminable wait begins. On Dec 15, after numerous emails and attempted communication, they finally emailed me and offered me any toy worth $60 on their website and what I initially ordered. I told them I would only accept it if I receive it by Dec 19, 2025. The next correspondence said, "Thank you for the prompt response. We’d be happy to send you a replacement along with the Montessori Shape Blocks. However, due to the Christmas season, we can’t guarantee delivery by December 23. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed. Warm regards," How I would like to proceed, really? I'd like to get the items I paid for over a month ago. I'd like the toy I bought my grandson so I can put it under the tree. I don't need a felt Christmas tree in January. In my opinion, these 5 star reviews are fake. Thankfully I purchased it through PayPal and they are going to duke it out for me. Run as fast as you can from this shady company. I will never buy anything from them again. They should be shut down. They are a scam.

I ordered two items on 12/5/2025 and the money was charged to my card the same day. In the last 48 hours I have tried to get in touch with customer service "who are always willing to chat" to see what the status of my order is. I emailed, called 50 times, etc etc. The update option for delivery has been the same since 12/6, awaiting details. Customer service number is useless. I will cancel the order and hope the refund goes through....stayed tuned

Very nice looking learning toys. Too bad they never arrived! I watched the tracking diligently and saw when they were to be delivered. I was home at my house when the website proclaimed DELIVERY! But the package was definitely not there. No picture on the tracker either. I have tried to contact this company three times. No reply. I won’t be ordering from this company. Now my grandkids won’t get the cool toys for Christmas that I ordered a month ago! Very disappointing.

I ordered a Christmas gift – a felt Christmas tree – 20 days ago and it still has not been delivered with no clear indication of when it will be. I've contacted customer service multiple times and just keep receiving an ineffective tracking link. I purchased this on a Christmas promotion so obviously delivery by Christmas was more than implied. I'm really disappointed that my gift seems unlikely to arrive, but I'm more disappointed in the customer service.

To Whom it May Concern, This is horrible. I placed order #298452 with you on November 27th you took payment immediately. You confirmed my order and stated it was shipped on December 3rd. You promised delivery within five to eight days. On 12/11 you emailed me to confirm my order was out for delivery. That was untrue! I used the tracking number NSS3133359455292905472 which has indicated two attempts to deliver my order, one at 4:59 am on the 12th and the second attempt at 4:59 on the 14th. These claims are patently false as I have a security camera at my front door and the footage is stored on my computer. That footage confirms no attempts were made to deliver your product. You are careful to not give information for the purchase to determine precisely who is making the delivery, so I can't contact them. By the way, who delivers at 4:59 in the morning and how is it that the both supposed delivery attempts occurred at the exact same time. This does not pass the sniff test. As well, you have made no attempt to answer my previous emails and Facebook messages concerning this matter. This does not pass the sniff test either! If you continue to refuse to communicate with me I will file with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General's (OAG) Consumer Protection Division. I contacted them yesterday and I was assured they pursue online retail fraud aggressively. Why can't you respond? They have never responded to this! Sveinn C. Storm
