I ordered kids cooking utensils set. No issues with ordering or the product. It did take 2 weeks from order placement to delivery, but it was mid December impacted by Christmas season.

Products are wonderful. Processing & Shipping take so long. Disappointed to learn not made & shipped in USA.

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that you enjoyed the products themselves — that means a lot to us. We understand your disappointment regarding the processing time and the manufacturing location. While our production partners are based in Asia, all of our toys are made under strict quality control and meet the safety standards required for the markets we serve. We also appreciate your comments about shipping timelines. Delays can occur during especially busy periods, and we’re continually working to improve both transparency and delivery speed.

All of my purchases arrived in a timely matter; packging was a bit smashed. But that is not the fault of the company. Toys have not yet been seen by my granddaughter since they are Christmas presents, but I love the idea of creative educational toys. That's what this company offers. Children need more creativity in their lives; most schools certainly no longer stimulate that in children. As adults, their critical thinking skills have suffered.

Hello Bev, thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear about the smashed packaging - if you feel the products are damaged or something is missing, please contact our support and we'll help make everything right. This must have happened during transit and we'll certainly mention this to the courier service responsible for the delivery of your order. Once again, thank you for leaving a positive review and for your support! 🥰

I placed an order late last month. Due to an email saying only half my order had been shipped I eas worried they weren't going to arrive but thankfully everything came. I can't wait for my little man to see what he got. This is the second time.we have purchased from them and we likely will as he ages.

Hi Jasmin! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this review—it truly means a lot to us. We’re glad to hear that everything arrived safely, and we completely understand the initial concern. In cases like this, the order is often shipped in multiple packages, which can sometimes cause confusion when notifications arrive separately. We’re happy to know it all worked out in the end. It’s wonderful to hear that this is your second purchase with us, and we’re honored to be part of your little one’s journey as he grows. We hope the toys bring lots of joy, curiosity, and fun moments ahead!

The products are great. I have ordered three times with is company. So educational and great quality. The shipping does sometimes take a while but we are in NZ so not unexpected. I would recommend Montessorigeneration

I ordered a felt Christmas tree with felt decorations that attach with velcro. It arrived on time, in good condition. My grand-daughter loves playing with it. As each year passes, she engages more with it. After a while I had to sew the velcro back on to make it more secure.
