I ordered several toys for Xmas gifts. One toy, the Montessori flexibility track and cars. The box arrived in a flimsy mailing envelope and as a result arrived crushed on both ends. Not suitable for giving as a gift. Despite photos and several emails back and forth they were unwilling to replace the item. Now I have to go and purchase another box to put the gift In so my grandson will have a nice looking gift and a place to store it that’s sturdy. I expected better service!

I bought the Christmas tree for my grandkids to decorate. It’s folded for shipping. Because of that, the tree doesn’t lay flat, it’s bent inward and the trunk of it is bent up. They can’t play with it like that. I sent the company an email. They responded by telling me to iron the tree to make it lay flat. That did not work, so I sent another email that I would like to return it for a refund. I have not received a response. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks.

The quality of the products is inconsistent. It appears they are banking on the Montessori name but not providing the quality expected. Some items require setup without any instructions; almost every item I ordered had something wrong with it (horn won't beep, chip in the fake wood), and the one item I needed for a birthday party arrived 2 weeks later than the time the website said to expect for deliveries. I found the identical item on Amazon for 1/3 the price. They did respond to my issues by offering store credit, so I have given them 2 stars.

Ordered a toy with a 5-8 day delivery and it took 24 days. Overall I would say their info support was very quick to respond and totally unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Quality was not the best. Delivery time ok.
