I am a true customer. I've bought several items over two years. I am not AI. The items are top quality and well thought out. They are terrific. The delivery is slow, though, and they do not tell me when my item will be shipped, or an ETA for my receiving it.

Amazing gifts for my new great nephew! Ordered the Soft Baby Book and the Silicone Pulling Toy - according to his dad, they are his favorite toys. Impressed by the quality and quick delivery.

I am very pleased with the farm animals crinkle book from Montessorigeneration. I know that the bright colors, creative design, and the crinkly sounds are going to delight the child I bought it for. Montessori Generation has outstanding customer service! They were incredibly accommodating when I had an issue with an order and resolved the issue being anything I expected.

We now have bought two toys / games for our Grandsons and we may buy more going forward as they are well built and require imagination. I think it would be helpful for many to lay out that you must plan ahead as these items are coming from China (I would pay more for things not made in China). Also in this fast paced world we now live in people do expect quicker responses (I long for the days where I could actually speak to someone).

Great product ! I love the Montessori toys and quality of the toys for our grandbaby. They are her favourite things. She particularly Loves her silicone pulling toy. The only disappointing thing was how long it takes to receive the product after purchase. I’m sure with Black Friday and Christmas all delivery systems were busy but I think it’s worth the wait so order early.

Although the order was stressful because part of my order still had said not shipped weeks after I ordered (and days before Christmas), when I reached out to customer service, they were effective and helpful in getting the order out to me. I was able to have the gift in time, which was extremely important as it was the gift from Santa that my son asked for. The toys themselves are beautiful quality and were enjoyed by the whole family. It’s worth buying from them. Reach out to customer service as soon as there is a question or concern so that they can support within a couple days.
