Customer service has been outstanding - I gave a wrong address on an order and they were able to resend the package in time for the occasion. I have now bought 2 toys from Montessorigeneration for my grandson. The first was wonderful and he as well as his mother loved it. Just recently I ordered the Busy Dashboard for his 3rd birthday. It is meant to be a toddler's version of a car's dashboard. When I opened it up, everything except the horn worked beautifully. I contacted the company with my problem. Their response was to send me a new one for free. I couldn't be more pleased.
