Ordered two items over 2 wks ago and still waiting for them. Probably not a good look to ask for a positive review via email before items are received…in fact, my app still shows “preparing shipment.” Likely will not order from this shop again despite being drawn to their products.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with online ordering. First of all it should've been a red flag when I was unable to locate a phone number. You have to email the company and the response times for a response is 1-2 days. I ordered nov 20th, by December 1st I emailed asking for a cancelation because the items had not yet shipped. I waited 2 days for a response and I only got a response AFTER I sent an email that I had disputed the charge wirh my credit card company. They then sent a tracking for 2 of the items and it says they should arrive before December 25th. What?? From November 20th? There's no way to get any info from these people at all.. I dont advise ordering. I will update if and when my items arrive, but now reading other reviews I don't expect the quality to be there. TARGET sells essentially the same thing but I was trying to support small businesses. Actually I have since found other toys for less money. This has been a nightmare

The not actual "Wood" rainbow blocks item was wrapped in such toxic shrink wrap that I still have a headache 15 minutes later. Imagine the effect on a baby?...the not "Cotton" soft book item seems so cheap, with a crinkly sound and a totally synthetic feel. AND THE PRICES! Don't be duped. Apparently, returns are a nightmare.

Would give no stars if possible. The quality of the toy I bought is horrible. They don’t respond to emails and they have no customer service contact number. So you can’t return the faulty item. Now I see all the other terrible reviews. Avoid this scam company. How dare they use/abuse the Montessori name!

In the rush to order gifts for Christmas I didn't do my research with Trustpilot on Montessori Generation. I am in Australia and at no time during the ordering process was it obvious that it was in US$ and not AUS$. When I realised this I promptly tried to cancel my order. I was informed that it is in the FAQ that it's US$ but on rechecking, it clearly isn't. I'm now concerned, after reading other reviews, that I may receive inferior products from China, if they arrive in time at all. Aaaaargh! Never again. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company, despite being branded "Montessori"is also selling very substandard toys at inflated prices. Some of these poor quality toys are available on big chinese websites for approx 1/5th of the price charged by this US retailer. In among the toys they offer is one magnetic toy recently reported to the NZ govt body overseeing product safety, at the request of the NZ Consumer organisation, who have also been alerted. Dangerous toys sent in "Montessori" branded packaging, as well as slow courier times and no financially viable return policy. Magnetic toy is not fit for purpose, it falls to bits, but company are intractable about it being returned to Nevada at purchasers cost. Shocking, please trade carefully, or with a reputable firm

Ordered 2 products 10 November and have yet to receive. Reply was we are checking. I Will continue to send emails.

I ordered items on 16 November and have been contacting the email address constantly since then with empty promises of chasing up the local carrier. I'm still waiting for some definite response about delivery. Will just keep hounding on the email address provided, at this stage. But beware!
