Absolutely DONOT order from Montessori Generation. The. Pictures look great and like what you see on other toy sites however all the ones I ordered were mailed from China not Las Vegas were it saids they are based. The toys that arrived DID NOT look the same nor were they of good quality. I trashed all of them. As for returns they say if you are not satisfied no worries no questions asked easy returns. Not true. They sent two of the same item and wanted me to pay for shipping. I ordered one toy and now it has been recalled for safety and this company still WILL NOT refund. I also had a problem with an extra charge on my CC. They refuse to accept they made an error. Had to get CC company involved. Also nobody answers customer service line ABSOLUTELY DO NOT order from this company .

I am writing this at the request of the company. I ordered a toy on November 22, I was charged for it on Nov. 22. I was informed it was on its way on Nov. 25. Today is December 9, and the item has not arrived. The tracking says the item was going to its "next facility" on December 7, but I have no clue where the next facility is. And as the toy has not arrived I can not give it any kind of assessment. I stand my by comment that I am not sure about the reliability of this company. I was not paid to write any review, this is my experience.

Like others reviewers…they should have ZERO stars. And need to be shut down. Don’t know where all these “good” reviews come from???… bought and paid for reviews, that’s where! Same story as the other poor ratings on here. “Where’s my order?” Leads to ridiculous claims of lost packages with the “courier”…(who in the USA says courier?). I’m disappointed…enough to report to the authorities. We need to start bombarding the FB ads/reels with REAL costumer comments….whoever this is certainly paid for the “incentivized” ones. Consumers stand together!

The items I ordered over 3 weeks ago finally came today, though I paid extra for express delivery. Tracked the order and it was “in transit” for weeks. When the The packages were crushed and in poor shape. The company did finally respond and refunded the express shipping fee. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I haven’t even been given a tracking number . I’ve emailed and gone on their website with no response!!!! Highly unlikely my grandkids Xmas gifts will arrive on time . Dissatisfied

I placed an order on Nov. 14. Credit card was charged immediately. However, I’m still waiting on delivery. Tracking still says “in transit” after 8 days, and no update. I sure hope these arrive before Christmas. I think their website should tell you that you. An expect to wait a month for your purchase. In this day and age, this lack of proper tracking is a little ridiculous.

The item was cracked and damaged. I have sent 10 emails to Montessori Generation with photos of the cracked wood toy. They have not responded at all! Really dissatisfied with the lack of response. Bad way to do business.

Horrible shipping and response times. They claim the item is on the way when it hasn’t even left their facility and is already WAY past express shipping delivery date. Do NOT order from them for any kind of birthday, Christmas or special occasion gift for a child. You’ll be shopping twice, while your money is tied up with Montessori Generation.
