Took a bit of time but well worth it. they worked with me until I was completely satisfied and would buy from them again

I searched the internet for months and finally found a painting I fell in love with on MontCarta. The size I wanted wasn’t going to be cheap, but I loved it. I ordered it and held my breath. When I received the photos of the finished piece for my approval I was very, very happy! I did ask for a small finishing touch and it was returned to the artist and after giving my final approval it was shipped. When it arrived I was so excited. It is perfect! Well worth paying more to have a unique piece of art than what you can get on Amazon or other websites. And the customer service is incredible! I can’t say enough about every aspect of this company and the product! If you are looking, look no further!

My art piece is beautiful. What makes it so special is that an individual artist hand painted it. It takes time so be patient. I wasn't, but I soon learned that the artist will send a video and pics and if it meets your liking, they allow it to dry completely and then ship. The process can be testing and leave you with doubtfulness simply bc we are investing in real gallery style artwork so we really want to have faith in the process. To me it is so worth it. I'm waiting on my second piece to arrive, the artist was out of Canada, so I've watched through tracking the travels of my artwork. I cannot wait to lay my eyes on it. This has been an absolute completely different online ordering experience. The artwork you choose is being painted JUST FOR YOU!! Turn around time can be exaggerated, in my opinion, if the artist is backlogged. It appears the company is trying to right the wrongs with unsatisfied customers. I sincerely hope things work out for them bc I really believe in the intent of this company and all the talented people across the world who use their given talents to give others a beautiful piece of artwork.👍

Painting is lovely and adds texture to my room. Came with hanging clips which was a nice surprise.

Through a misunderstanding on my part, I did not receive my artwork as I had expected. I've reached out to Montcarta, suggested a way to avoid said misunderstanding in the future, which Montcarta has taken as a helpful way forward, both for my own orders and orders from any other customers. I look forward to doing future business with Montcarta. Excellent customer service.

Love, love, love the painting. It’s true to form, the colors are vibrant, and looks like it was meant to be hung in our sun room all along. The process was easy, I was kept apprised of delivery , and arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from this company again
