Defective batteries and refused refund
Purchased two sets of batteries as Christmas presents for my children’s e-bikes. Unfortunately, both sets failed almost immediately and would not hold a charge for longer than about 30 minutes. When I contacted the vendor, they refused to provide a refund and instead claimed the batteries were damaged during return shipping. The items were shipped back using the same type of packaging they originally used, so that explanation does not hold up. More importantly, the batteries were already defective before being returned. They did not function properly and would have needed to be recycled regardless. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Due to the damage that occurred during return shipping, we were unable to test the batteries to confirm whether they were defective. We recommend using chargers and battery types as intended for the product to avoid damage. These batteries are intended for applications that use lead-acid batteries, while e-Bikes typically use lithium.
