Initially the wrong order was sent, a quick email to the company and I received a replacement in the mail without any hassle. The communication was on point. You are always worried as a consumer purchasing online but ive never been so impressed. Fast, efficient and professional. A company who has values and appreciate their customers. Thank you so much 😊

I ordered a hat for a WWII veteran and the quality of the hat is outstanding. I had a question and sent an email and got a quick email back letting me know it was received and I would hear back shortly and I did. I explained that I had an event to go to with this Veteran where he would be recognized for his service. I was concerned the hat would not arrive on time. The email I received back stated that no promises could be made but that they would look into it. The event is tomorrow night and the hat was received two days ago. Again I can not say enough about the quality of the embroidery on the hat and of the hat itself. This Veteran will be so pleased to get this gift and so proud to wear it as he is acknowledged for his service so many years ago.
