Monster FairingsReviews of monsterfairings.com

I orderd back in December. The colors were wrong and peeling when the fairings arrived. I was told a replacement set will be coming. It has been 7 months and still no fairings sent. I have called numerous times and was told that I would be updated with pictures. Now 7 months down the road I am still waiting on my replacements with no hope in sight. When asked if I coukd just send them back and get my money back, I was told no because I took them out of the box.

My experience with Monster Fairings has been smooth and professional. They provide great customer service and fast communication, and the fairings I received for my 08 cbr600rr were a perfect fit. I had ordered a full kit, and about a year later had a huge piece of debris hit the side of my bike, damaging some fairing pieces. I reached out and sent them photos of the ones I needed to replace and they were quick to respond with a confirmation and a quote. I’m glad I went with them and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their bike!

I ordered a custom design for my 25 Ninja 500 and it turned out fantastic! Having extra bolts and rubber washers also helped because of old ones that were worn out. Everything fit nicely and was easy to install. I have been riding with this fairings kit for a year and always get compliments and have not had any issues with loose parts! It delivered quickly after they were finished working on it, I expected it to take a lot longer too! My bike is garage kept but I added the UV protection and haven't noticed any fading living in Florida. Fantastic customer service as well, they are quick to reply and helpful with design choice if you go that route!

First time ordering from there, it did take a while but the end result was fantastic. Everything was well packaged and the fitment was pretty close to OEM, very little added elbow grease was needed as they say, very happy with the result.

I would recommend!!!! The whole process was easy purchasing and receiving them monster fairings Made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process, I have bought from them a couple times now and there’s no one else I’d rather buy from the quality of the carbon is insane an eye catcher for sure. ended up winning an award at a car show with monster fairings

Customer service and communication is amazing, they offered several options and I love the professionalism and friendliness!!

There was great communications from ordering the items to receiving it. Yes i did have to wait long but they were not damaged. The parts were able to mostly fit, there were some fitment issues but not major.

I contacted monster fairings with a vision in mind. So when i talked with them and told them my vision they sent my notes to there engineering department and they went to work. They sent me a picture of the color of paint i wanted for approval. Then once i approved the paint color they put it all together with the graphics and paint and sent pictures of all pieces before they sent them in for clear coating. After clear coating they shipped them out to me all in 1 box. They arrived about 25 days. So from start of contact till received was almost 3 months but they were up front on these dates. They did a great job.
