We had Monroe and Kent do the family room at our LBI house. It turned out great!

Fantastic company, friendly staff and the most beautiful quality items, I recommend them highly, you must visit you won't look back

I went to Monroe & Kent Home in January 2021. The team were incredibly friendly, helped me pick the right sofa for my space and didn't harass me like other furniture stores. A couple weeks went by and I came in, the sales person who helped me was off, but her coworker was able to get the notes up on my information and helped me make the purchase. I was expecting delivery late February, but someone from customer service contacted me and updated me that there was an unexpected delay in getting this order into their warehouse. I was apologized to up and down for the delay and given the option to reselect or cancel without penalty. My sofa came in, mid-March and I was contacted and offered a delivery appointment same day - unheard of! Very happy with the service I received and the quality of the sofa, I'll be shopping here again!

I just noticed the first part of the review below me, and I too stumbled across this gem of a business accidently! (And I will be forever grateful). While browsing through their store, I instantly fell in love with everything. The taste is exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable, sophisticated, unique, but also timeless. Not an easy thing to capture. I would shop here forever based on the furniture alone. There are things in every price point. Right off the bat, I have purchased 6 items for my family room, and I wish I came here before buying my couch. But not only the furniture selection will keep me a customer, I am so appreciative of the complimentary design assistance. Danielle was my designer, and she really heard my vision. I cant even count how many hours she must have helped me. Constantly researching and sending me vision boards with furniture options. And when I couldn't quite find what I was looking for, she continued to keep searching until she found exactly what I wanted. I had 101 questions on everything, and she always got back to me with what I requested. I also love how everyone working in the store, helps one another. One of the owners overheard our conversation, and assisted with swatches, and suggestions. I would also like to point out that they stand behind their product, and gave me full confidence that if something wasn't right with my delivery, I would be supported by their store. 100% recommend

I ordered a sectional and was really happy with the instore experience. We didn't get followed around the store like what happened to us at Bob's. We managed to look at all the options at our own pace. I worked with James who put together some looks for my wife and I to think about. We got our sectional on the delivery date that was promised. Happy that I found them

We used Monroe & Kent to refurnish our basement remodel. I worked with Emma our designer to put together some ideas of layouts. We ended up selecting a look that I never would have thought about. We’re really enjoying having company over and using a functional and stylish basement space

Seamless experience. A designer came to my home in Englewood, we reviewed fabric samples for a couch I had seen on line. Two weeks later I received the couch and it was exactly as expected. From start to finish, the service was excellent and I'm looking forward to working with Emma my designer again when we remodel our bedroom.

Thankyou for the on time delivery and really helpful customer care. To other people reading the bad reviews, all I have to say is, read the delivery bits on the website. There are reasons why some places do next day, it's because they are big companies that have delivery hubs worldwide. From what I can gather from M&B they are a smallish sized startup company, so it's not fair to compare one with another. Anyway, I'm happy because I knew that my delivery could take a certain amount of days, it actually arrived in 7 WORKING days which is well under the time it said.
