The quality of the product I received …
The quality of the product I received is definitely less than I was expecting so I ended up returning it however the customer service was absolutely fantastic.

I ordered several items and they …
I ordered several items and they shipped in a few different packages. Some came fast but a couple took a little while, ultimately they all came within the delivery time quoted. Loved everything I purchased, one of the items was a little bit shorter then I expected but that was because I didn't pay attention to the measurements (but still love it). The response from customer service was very prompt and kind. Overall a great shopping experience.

AMAZING!!
As soon as I ordered my items I received confirmation that they shipped, I received the package within a week in great condition! Items looked exactly like they did online and fit perfectly, I love wearing my Monroe & Kent pieces!!
