I ordered a few items including a dress, a cardigan, some shoes and jewellery. The shipping was fast and I'm really happy with the quality of the products. The customer service was the best that I've had of any online shop. I'll be ordering from here again. Extremely satisfied with the service I have received and the clothes are amazing! 😍 *****

Fast Shipping & Great Service
I recently ordered jewelery for my wife. It arrived within five days and was exactly as described. I contacted Monroe & Kent as I saw that there was a delay with customs and the followed up and gave me an update within a few hours. My wife loved the jewelery and the customer service was better than that I recently experienced at Links of London.

the customer service is excellent my only recommendation in give your order extra time to deliver as its coming from china and takes time to pass customs. The prices are extremely reasonable for quality product.

Great comunication, fast shipping!I
I had ordered a platform shoes from MONROE & KENT . That was first time I deal with that company. Although that was delay with the dispatch the shipping was fast so I had gotten my shoes in a week. The shoes are great ,fits me good. All the best for communication I had with Mr. Rich from that Company!
