The Paris blouse that you ordered has been a popular item and we are aware that a small number of customers misunderstood the material. Chiffon can be both silk or nylon and for the price point this is sold at, this is nylon, but we understand your concerns. We are sorry to hear that the other top was not a perfect fit. We do provide detailed measurements on our site under each product so that customers can select the right sizing and our team are available on live chat to provide assistance. Monroe & Kent provides all customers with a 30 day Love it or Return it guarantee within which time you can return any merchandise for a full refund. We researched the order and we see that it was delivered within the 12-20 business days that is quoted for this product on our website and in the order confirmation email that is sent out. This is a faux leather style bag that has been very popular, however we appreciate that not everyone will love it and that is why we offer a 30-day Love it or Return it guarantee. We are aware that there is a difference between the lining pictured and that which you received. We have already corrected this issue with our factory. We appreciate your comments on our customer service. We are a small company of three people who work hard to provide customer service 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. From your order notes we see that one of our colleagues has already taken care of this order for you and issued you a full refund and provided you with a pre-paid returns label to ship the boots back to us. We hear your feedback on delivery times. It is why we prominently mention processing and delivery times in both the order confirmation email and also on our website under the FAQ's and Shipping pages. Hi Rhea, We're sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order. We Work hard to partner with factories that produce high quality merchandise and when there is a concern from a customer, we fully investigate this. We see that you have been provided with a pre-paid returns label to return your products for a full refund and we look forward to reviewing the merchandise when it is received back to follow up with the factory. Thank you for sharing images of the hat that you ordered. As it is a felt hat, it is typical for this to ship flat and the light creases will fall out. We understand that you do not wish to keep this item and a returns authorization has been issued for this. Please send this back with the pencil skirt at your earliest opportunity. The final item in your order is showing as delivered and our colleague Beth is currently in contact with USPS to understand what has happened to it. Naturally we will replace or refund if they are unable to tell us where the item is. We make no secret about shipping times for orders. On our website we explain that orders take 1-3 business days to process and then typically will deliver within 7-14 business days, however on occasion, if a package is shipping directly from the factory, it may be delayed for a few days in customs.
