I need to reorder a replacement tube and though it wasn't covered under warranty customer service made it easy. The tube came very quickly and we installed it without a hitch.

I have loved my 60 watt CO2 for the past year that I have owned it. After having it for 6 months my tube started dying and after contacting customer service and sending a video of the issue they sent me a brand new tube!!
