I ordered a fleece vest as a gift for a friend. The quality of the vest and embroidery was excellent. However I was not at all pleased with how the initials turned out. I choose a font I thought would look great. As it was perfect with the initials shown. Not so much with the initials I chose. The initials were TVJ. The T looked much more like an L. The V resembled something I wasn't proud of. I would have loved to return it but I hate to send something back that's been personalized. It would be very helpful if there was a tool that you could see what your specific initials will look like.

I ordered the same infinity scarf from 2 different companies because neither company had the 4 I needed available. The monogram on the 2 scarves from the other company were much bigger and showed up on the scarves much better. I'm giving these to my 4 nieces who are all about the same age. Very disappointed with the monogramming from Monogram Art. It was small and doesn't show up nearly as nice as the bigger monogram on the other 2 scarves from Etsy! Hope the girls are not as disappointed as I am. They will all be opened at the same time!!!

I was please with the ordering process, the speed of which they were shipped/delivered (Super Fast!!), I was extremely disappointed with the color of the raspberry color. I thought it would be raspberry but if is closer to maroon. Not a flattering color for most people. I threw them away and ordered new ones for my friends. $40 wasted.

Layout of lettering could have been better. Some letters were too close together.

We purchased a circle with a monogram in the middle. Both my daughter and I thought it would all be together so it was a bit hard to place.

I unfortunately haven't got what I ordered yet. After I ordered it said ships between 2-3 Business days but it has been 6 business days since I ordered.

I really loved the way the decal looked. But as I was trying to put it onto my car window.. It wanted to stick to the paper & didn't want to transfer. So it got messed up. And I had to piece it back together just so it would work. But other than that.. The decal was really pretty but had a lot of problems getting it to transfer to the window. & I have done a lot of decals before so I know how to put them on.
