I would love to tell you that I am satisfied with my sticker, the only problem is I still haven't gotten it. Going through the site was easy, reasonable pricing, lots of options, and I do think I will find to like the sticker. But, the shipping said 1-2 days and that was about a week ago. So, that is where th e bad review is coming from.

Placed an order a couple of weeks ago and then followed up with an email asking a couple of questions. As of today's date, no response to my email and the company's voicemail is full. Since this is a birthday present, I will need it to be delivered prior to August 23rd. Very concerned.

I'm sorry, but you must have the wrong website. We do not sell any kind of Stuffed Animals. We are a personalized gift and embroidery business. You can reach us anytime at 800-838-4926. Our voicemail is not full. There are other websites out there have that have web site names similar to ours. We do not use sites like groupon or other discount services.

I ordered a product for my mother's birthday present a week before the date. I felt like this might still be too early, so I ordered expedited two day shipping. The thing shipped on the 11th and here it is the 15th with NO PACKAGE! I mean, seriously, how hard is it to stick a monogram in an envelope and get it two day shipped. Estimated delivery said it should have been here by the 13th, but I still sit here with no product. This may not be the company's problem, but quit using USPS if it's their problem.

Jim, We apologize for the trouble with this. However, we do feel that we did our part since you ordered this on a Friday and it left our office the following Monday. It appears the postal service has not done their part. We can only assume it's lost at this point since the tracking details have not been updated for 4 days. We will send a replacement and refund the shipping charge on the original order.

Patricia, It appears you still should receive your scarf before Christmas, but we will refund the shipping costs since we were later than normal shipping it. We did upgrade the shipping to UPS.

The scarf was nice but monogram mung was not. The initials did not show up or stand out well. The thread was not thick enough.
