I ordered the decal in the evening. By the next morning I got a notification that it was on its way! It didn't arrive on the scheduled date through no fault of Monogram Art. Yet, when I notified them in order to ask for their help to locate the package, they responded almost immediately & helped me take care of the problem. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days! Thank you Monogram Art!

I ordered several initial decals. One of the decal initials was printed incorrectly. I called the company on a Sunday night n left a message. I received an email response that same night apologizing n I received the new correct initials by Wednesday. Great service n products!!! Thanks so much!!
