Great experience but order hot pink and got the lighter pink

Experience was good but upon receiving product, size was just too big and did not properly adhere to the surface I wanted it to.

i've ordered from this place twice now, and both times i've received the orders in a timely manor. quality seems really good!

The tracking was definitely an issue. The costumer service was great. I'm surprised. Right after I posted the negative review about the tracking I received an email within the hour. A man said there was a second decal sent out. The product was great, the decal was easy to apply. I love the way it looks. Unfortunately, the second decal did match to tracking info either. I believe they need to update their delivery service. Aside from the delivery, everything else was great. It's hard to find good customer service through these online companies.

The process of ordering the monogram decals was easy. Applying them, not so much. I put mine on my laptop case, and it turned out beautifully. However, the decal did not want to stick to the case while removing the piece of paper. I had to carefully peel the decal off of the paper in order for it to stick to the case. Not as easy as I expected it to be and a tad bit frustrating trying not to ruin the decal. But it ended up fine.

I still have items coming, but so far, so good. First time using.

The final product was as expected, however I was not impressed with the website. Other providers provide features that allow you to see a depiction of the finished product. It was disappointing that yours did not. I hope you have plans to do so in the NEAR future.
