Monitech was very customer friendly
Monitech was very customer friendly. The technician was very good at explaining all about the use of the Monitech devise. Would recommend anyone who needs this devise to choose Monitech.

I had a very good experience with the installation of the Monitech device. It was installed with no problems and works just like they said. They were very informative of the device also.

Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous staff.
Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. All questions answered in a plain and patient manner. Equipment appears to be in very good condition. I believe for an initial installation and training, in and out in under two hours was ideal.
