In the extended rural area of WNC
In the extended rural area of WNC, or any area as far as that goes, finding good people that are, incredibly knowledgeable, fully competent as well as extremely efficient in everything they do and are truly an example of professionalism are often times a rare find and a true asset to any company, Monitech and Monitech's customers are very fortunate to have ALAN THOMSON running both Asheville and Franklin Locations. Alan is a great person working in a service that no one really likes to have to have or use but he really does make a miserable experience alot less uncomfortable and painful. He is a Great asset to Monitech and its customers.

The only negative thing I have to say…
The only negative thing I have to say is that the “thing” that holds the monitor is made of thin, cheap plastic. I am very careful when I remove to blow and to return, but the holder is so thin and cheap it falls out of my vent and in turn falls to the floorboard causing me to drive erratically. It needs to be made of heavier material because the monitor is so much heavier.
