Andy Fishman Durham location
Andy Fishman, at the Durham location is by far the best tech I've ever had. Always have a great conversation and fast service with him. Very humble down to earth guy who is passionate about what he does. Worth the drive to visit him every time rather than going to the closest location to my home.

Andy at the Durham location is a 5 Star Dude !
Andy at the Durham location is a 5 Star representative for Monitech; Andy is the performer that “walks on water” and the water freezes solid beneath him as he walks so others can follow his path - in my opinion Andy is an incredibly Strong Performer ! We had a bad experience with a competitor in Durham where we couldn’t get the device to recognize we were blowing and humming as we should, Monitech’s hand held device was easier to blow&hum and using Andy’s approach and instructional techniques the device recognized our blowing efforts, thanks Andy ! Andy at the Durham Monitech location…
Andy at the Durham Monitech location has been accommodating to the utmost. I'm a chef and frequently have had timing problems with the strict schedule that is the interlock. Andy has always been gracious to try and squeeze me in (providing I was patient and waited). It was a pleasure working with him, and it made having the infuriating interlock device a little bit more palatable. Thank you Sir.

Arden
The two guys that work the Arden shop are really great. I had some issues from another shop and when I moved back home, these guys are much better. The older guy with the tattoos helped me understand my billing issue and updated my information that the other shops couldn't get right. I overheard the younger guy talking with another customer and they seem to have a good time dealing with people. The other office treated everyone like a number and these two guys really seemed to care for my well being. This is a pretty crappy situation but these two guys seem to make the best of it.
