It's unfortunate I have to have this device in my car but those are the hard lessons in life to learn. So far it has been simple to use & obey by. I have not had an issue. The young gentlemen who installed the device was wonderful. Quick, explained the device & the use of it. He was able to answer any questions I had. Going through Monitech it was also affordable monthly.

Monitech was the most affordable especially with the free installation and a coupon can't beat their price anywhere. They also did the installation the very same day I called to schedule .. awesome & affordable. 5 stars is a understatement
