They did a great job installing my interlock but I went to two third party DMVs and neither would give me my license because they said that it doesn’t show in their system that it was installed. I have not been able to drive my car yet. Overall, I’m annoyed but it wasn’t QuickStart’s problem. The third part DMV told me they haven’t reinstated a license since April. I wish I knew that. I have an appointment with the real DMV on 7/7/20. Wish me luck. People just need to know that maybe these third party locations aren’t the way to go.

My Technician was very patient with me and took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. Beyond that, he is very skilled at giving direction and asking knowledge check questions to make sure I was listening. He offered me the insurance and I declined, but upon reflection, I want to get it at the next check in. I can think of a lot of ways the experience could have been worse, but I can t think of any ways he could have made it better. I’m glad I choose Monitech.

I had it installed on 06/08/2020, the device is used but it's been working fine until 3 days ago when it acted up going from message to message then said failed then five minutes later said warning then pass, i called and i was told that the code i got was because i didn't re-do the test after 5 minutes and i tried to explain that i had to go inside the house and look for the phone number to report the problem but the Representative insisted that i have to pay $45 to reset the device..... i tried to explain that i take prescription for cough and allergy and i took it before i was leaving the house and offered to send it to you to verify it but the answer was I HAVE TO PAY THE $45....

At QuickStart be assured that they know what they are doing so of course they are both efficient and timely. They were also polite and courteous and able to help me with any questions that I had about having the interlock device installed in my car. You can also go out as far as 3 months instead of having to get it calibrated every 30 days which is definitely more convenient for me. Thank you QuickStart you guys are the best interlock place in Arizona!
