My device was acting up due to no fault of my own and after numerous phone calls and help with the phone operator, it came down to them actually driving out to meet me because nothing they were telling me to do fixed the problem even after they drove out two hours out of their way out still didn't fix the issue. Long story short. They have me some helpful tips to allow me to still use my vehicle until I could get an appointment with them again. They ended up having to do the installation all over again because the equipment was just bad. I appreciate all the help they gave me so that I wouldn't be stuck without my vehicle for work.
