The call centers really suck! Many times I have hung up after waiting an hour and half to be answered. Also trying to get my financial records from you has been impossible. I wish I had went with Smart Lock.

I had a “service recall” pop up on my device. It gave me a code and said to call the number because it needed to be serviced within 3 days. I call as soon as I can. Thus far, I have been on the phone now for 1HOUR & 5min. I’m too scared to hang up and get out of line or however it may work. This is absolutely ridiculous. There’s only one contact number and no online chat or email. I am starting to regret choosing monitech. This is in addition to the incident where the same tech that scheduled my 2mo appt, said I didn’t have an appt but he would still recalibrate it. I work 7-7am, I had just gotten off work and I waited an hour and a half.

Monitech will not answer the damn phone for a freaking override code. I have 8 documentable hours spent waiting on their customer service reps to pick up the phone!!!!! Don’t use this company. Jacob Hassouneh NC

Monitech is the worst. They gave me a device that barely works. I could not start my car today because it just says it cannot take test! I called them and waited for 40 minutes and then they just hang up!! If you are looking for an interlock device do not take Monitech! They respond to the complaints reviews and say they will contact but they never do! I just need someone to pick up the phone now!

Please answer your phone. I've tried for days and as soon as my call gets answered, you guys hang up. It gets frustrating being on hold for so long just to get a hang up. There's only one number. Your customer service system isn't working for your customers.

Have been calling for 3 consecutive days to get assistance with a code on my device. Have waited on hold over 45 minutes each time, and no one ever answers. Gave up each time. Their lack of service may cause me to get locked out of the device where they can make more money from me.

I realize these people have power over you...you sign a contract for $720 the first day, to be paid no matter what your experience is with them!!!!!! I have been in contact with two CSRs there who were rude for no reason whatsoever... They know they have you locked into a contract and they treat you like everything they do is a favor. Having been on recovery for 19 months, I don't appreciate being treated like a child by someone I am paying for a service!! Even though I am stick with this company for a year, I would shop around for another company who gives you more respect as a consumer of a service.
