Very knowledgeable and helpful
Very knowledgeable and helpful. The tech went out of his way multiple times for me, and guided me on the machines procedures thoroughly. So far after drinking energy drinks and coffee I’ve had no false positives. Highly recommend.

Satisfied Customer
The technician who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and polite. The service was quick and every service associate I have spoke with over the phone has been extremely pleasant as well. I had a problem with the equipment but it was fixed promptly and everything has been going there after.
