Very understanding and kind people over the phone setting up the install and at the office explaining and installing the machine. I once used smart start and it was a nightmare. Monitech is very professional and are very good at explaining the process. Having this machine in my car is a bummer but it's not the company or the people that suck. I can't say enough good things. Very helpful to explain the machine may have hiccups and how to avoid it. Quick to take a look at maintenance issues.
