Claudia Adarme
Claudia Adarme, was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Her customer service was great, she was calm, patient, and she gave me a fast application process. I had my appointment within ten minutes of talking with her. Not everyone these days gets five stars, Claudia Adarme does. -Abraham K.

Ashlee is the best
I have had a few issues with the device (the first time my fault for keeping it plugged in for days and not driving my car), but this last issue was not on me. The device was malfunctioning and will need to be taken in for service. Ashlee was my representative and she is MILES ABOVE the other people I've talked to. She was attentive, understood my problem, and (most importantly) didnt try to blame it on my car/car battery (which is new) being the issue. She made sure to make a note of the issue for my upcoming appointment and made me feel better about the issue overall. Other reps have been....less professional (and a bit judgemental) to say the least. If you call in, I hope you get Ashlee (or a similarly professional/helpful representative).

Linda was my Customer service agent and…
Linda was my Customer service agent and was super friendly and respectful even when I had a complaint about the hold music causing me anxiety and went out of her way to mute instead of put me on hold. That made my day even when the phone call was extra long.
