Excellent customer care
Tawana went above and beyond for me and got my certificate of install within 11 mins of the start of the call. She has been responsive to my needs and I feel Monitech’s customer service is very reliable.

Mike was great . I went to the Winston Salem office inOffice
A big shout out to mike in the Winston shop. He was very polite and professional. He texted me yester am to remnd me of my 4:00 appt. He also let me know that I could come earlier that day if I liked. Total contrast to my earlier experience months ago in the greensboro facility . It was day and night and it sure made my day. I will only go to the Winston office in the future although I live in Greensboro . And now I feel safe and do not dread my appt in November. Cant thank Mike enough.y

Great Experience
They made my experience via phone call very easy during stressful times. Everything was over the phone and they accommodated around my schedule. All information required for my appointment was useful and explained very well.

I was thankful that Tawana Rozier was…
I was thankful that Tawana Rozier was passionate with me. At the time of services I was parenting my busy toddler. She was very understanding. Also, she was very polite.
