You have an awesome employee in Tawana! She made a horrible experience Pleasant. She helped me tremendously navigate what I needed to do. The world needs more people in customer service like her! Now if the rest of my 3-year experience with this device goes smoothly then I can bear it...

Andy is always very helpful and has made my experience exponentially easier. I had an issue earlier this week that was not his fault at all yet he was very apologetic. I always know I’ll be in and out when he’s here and would recommend the Durham office to anyone who is getting a device put in.
