I am locked of my car and I do not why. I have been calling their number for more than a day and no one has answered the phone! This company is not professional at all the levels! I wrote a review yesterday and they said they are going to contact me, no body has. I'm in the phone now have been calling them for 53 minutes and I am still on hold!

I spent 37 minutes today just to find…
I spent 37 minutes today just to find out when my next appointment is.
The equipment is absolute trash and the customer service is nil (that means ZERO, Monitech). Absolutely horrid! If I could give them a zero star I would.
I long for, lust for the day when I can get free of these jerks! +
It's a good thing for them that they are protected by NC DMV.
So here we are 3+ hours later and no response from Monitech. What a surprise (NOT).
Almost 5 hours later I got a voicemail from what was obviously a very junior person at Monitech (no name or extension, of course, so not anyone with any responsibility or authority). Said to call back the main number to tell them how they could help me! Now they can say they responded promptly - no they didn't. I'm now on hold, naturally - music is awful - for 6 minutes and counting. Finally, after 22+ minutes, I gave up and hung up.
So, the question - incompetent or indifferent? I vote yes,
Whoo wee! Another call from a clueless person at Monitech. I suggested they call back if / when they figure out why.
Well, here we are at 5pm+ and no intelligent - or otherwise call from Monitech in the last 100+ minutes. Gives a whole new meaning to "shortly", doesn't it? I'll continue to breathlessly await their next attempt (NOT).
Still no call from Monitech, a day later. Gives new meaning to "shortly", doesn't it?

ZERO STARS!!! LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
I've had this device installed for almost 9 nine months now and have issues all the time but it seems the closer I get to my release date it's getting worse. I'm having issues RIGHT NOW!!! Take this week for example. I drove my fiance to work at 5:30am and went back home to get dressed. I then drove to work and got there around 8:15am. All with no issues mind you. I leave my office to run the morning mail around 10:30am and it fails me when I try to get in the car to drive! I didn't drink anything but water, had no breakfast and it was fine all the other times I drove that morning so why then? Not only that but it failed me a SECOND time too!!! Apparently three times the charm because the third time it passed. I proceeded to let the device reset twice more and test it just to make sure it was working right. It did. I went back in the office to get my pocketbook and when I come back out it gave me a WARNING!! Since then I've taken the car to Monitech to get looked at, paid $35 dollar fee and guess what? It's STILL messed up!! It hasn't failed me again yet but it keeps giving me these warnings. And the craziest part of it all is most of the warnings I've received were AFTER I already passed the first time to cut the d@mn car on!! I just don't know what to do at this point. I feel like its only a matter of time before it fails me again but what more can I do? I've called them several times and spoken to several different people going through checklist upon checklist of everything that could be wrong, I've gone up there to have it looked at, I just don't know at to do at this point but try and look for a different company to go with but from what I hear they are all about the same. I just know I'm too close to being finished for some malfunction or something to set me back.

Hands down the most atrocious customer…
Hands down the most atrocious customer service that has ever existed.
I have record of 4 attempts to contact them. 62 minutes, 34 minutes, 47 minutes, 51 minutes. Eventually I guess they know you will hang up. And don't bother going to their website. It is out of service. I don't see how they can maintain a contract with the government yet be 100% unavailable.

Horrible
Horrible. Guy accused me of tampering with the device? Also said I had blown a .55 and .45 (haven’t had a drink in two years). I’m guessing these readings are from two of many times this thing would fail me for no reason and then start in 5 min. Guy ripped my system out and left me stranded when I questioned why I was being accused of all this. Crazy guy... wouldn’t recommend Hickory, NC location at all.

We had to jump start my truck because…
We had to jump start my truck because we killed the battery by charging our cell phones because we had the hurricane and no power to our house. when i jumped the truck it said that i missed a blow and gave me a code that i had to pay $35.00 on they refused me a code until my truck was completely locked.. than the customer service took $45.00 out of my account instead of $35.00 and told me that it would be a credit on my account beacuse they had made a mistake. i told customer service to put the $10.00 back into my account. told them what had happened and was told to go to monitech monday for them to look at my machine to find out what happened and the installer told me that during the hurricane alot of people had the same issue and that we should call to get our money back all $35.00 and when i called monitech they tell me no. i should not be held responsible for there equipment failure i want my money back and the failure off of my history.

Supposedly we missed a test
Supposedly we missed a test. The funny part is my husband was holding in his hand the whole time because it was asking for a test every 5 mins. so we know there wasn't a missed test! This is jjust a scam to make that extra $40 whenever they deem they need it!
