Issues from the beginning with equipment then who could put it in then the equipment failed and I had to go back. It is also setting off warning lights in my car

Just starting out with a long year ahead. The telephone wait times are horrid and it's impossible to even speak to your local technician prior to an appointment. Some of monitech's employees seem to feel as if they are an extension of the judicial system and not a service provider of a service you are paying dearly for. The install however was pretty painless and free although the instruction felt more like there was a need to induce fear than ensure you had a strong understanding of how the interlock worked.

Only issue I have is that every time I start it up after my vehicle has been sitting awhile I have to blow 3 times into before it finally accepts it. When it’s running and does a test, it only takes one blow. This is both physically exhausting and frustrating.

This device is very hard to use compared to other interlock devices. Specifically, Intoxalock is much easier to operate. Edit- Someone from customer service did contact me. This company has GREAT customer service. Their device is just hard to use compared to competitors. The whole having to "hum," in a certain "tone," is ridiculous. This device causes me a HUGE deal of anxiety while driving, especially after 1 or 2 failed attempts
