Within a week of installation problems with device occurred which led to a lockout and device replacement. Calling customer service line was not helpful at all. Very rude with attitude. Diagnosis was false from the actual shops diagnosis

I had a poor experience when my device said there was issue. I called the 24/7 number, which I was afraid I would be charged. It was midnight, after work. When 40 minutes went by I decided to try the device and it worked. I never got a call telling me that it was working.

The install was fast, however the method that they used to monitor you does not work well with me, I am a route person and I end up blowing in this machine 80 times a day and I don’t believe that’s necessary. The machine has the ability to give you a safe mode for five minutes which they refuse to change because they claim the statutes in the state of Arizona doesn’t allow for that however when you look the statue that you can’t find any specific information on that and so Unless I have proof it’s a thorn in my side I believe I have to blow way too many times just to complete my day at work

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. At Monitech / Quick Start, our employees continuously test our units to understand our consumer's experience. Device settings are determined by state regulations, not the interlock industry, but we do our best to train our clients how to use the device. This includes the "stall protect" feature that allows you to restart your vehicle in a certain time frame without a test, all interlock companies in AZ are required to maintain that same setting. I'm sorry you're unable to verify that information, maybe someone at ADOT could confirm that for you.
