Tawana was very nice, helpful and informative. If we had more customer service workers like her life would be sooo much smoother. She made a stressful situation a pleasant experience, very professional

I had a great experience with Tawana! She’s one of the best customer service reps I’ve met, She answered all my questions and was very informative without it being boring. I’m glad I chose Monitech.

Tawana was great!
Tawana was great!! Very understanding and knowledgeable about monitech and the process I’ll be going through. She was very efficient and compassionate. I was setup with an appointment and instructions with in 30 mins. Thank You Tawana for helping me get back on the road.
