Brenda is a Truly Exceptional Employee
Brenda is a sweet and delightful woman. She went through every step of every payment I made and we were able to recognize that I was overcharged $170 through autopay right after I paid $102 over the phone. She was patient, listened carefully, and did a great job explaining every charge to my account over the past 40 days. I have worked in customer service for twenty years and I have managed two businesses in finer dining. Brenda's customer service is truly exceptional. I hope she is paid well, because she really deserves it. She is amazing at her job.
