The system killed my car battery and I got locked out for it. I’ve been stranded with out a car in the winter storm all week. The customer service reps do not care at all and basically said “oh well”. Horrible!

Bad everything
Bad service, super annoying, makes me distracted when I am driving, it's beeping to much, it is using to much energy of my battery car and now I am having problems with that. PLUS is marking fake positive when that's impossible

DO NOT USE
I went in with my 2014 CRV that was in perfect running order. I was the first appointment and the appointment took about 2.5-3 hours, which I was told and anticipated so that wasn't too bad. However, when the car was pulled out it was running. I asked if I needed to do anything with the tech (like try turning it off and then back on, a short in-person tutorial, etc), but I was told no and I was good to go. So, being the trusting person I am, chose to listen to the mechanic. Worst decision I could have made.
I went about 2.5 miles and stopped to run an errand. I turned the car off and went inside the store for about 20-30 min. When I got back out I followed the instructions from the video and the booklet to start the car. However, the car wouldn't start. It was turning over, but would not ignite. As I previously said, my car does not have any mechanical errors (or at least it didn't until Monitech got ahold of it). So I called the customer service line SIX times to explain what was going on with the car. I was then rudely...RUDELY told that the only option I would have would be to tow it back to the shop at my own expense. I was also rudely told that it was not the tech's fault, nor Monitech's fault, because it was my battery or my starter. I tried to tell 3 different customer service agents that neither of those was a problem with my car and even had one agent tell me, and I quote, "I do not care what you think you know, this is what we are telling you, and this is how this conversation is going to go".
I was livid.
I called a tow service and had them tow my car back to the shop. I waited another 4 hours, while being ignored by Wesley (the tech) the entire time until he finally took a look at it. He tried to say it was corrosion on the battery, but believe it or not, I'm a mechanic and so is my father, and we know that wasn't the problem. Wesley couldn't get the car to start either, so in the parking lot he took the old box out, started the car and drove it into the bay without even saying a word to me even though I was standing right there. He got someone on the phone to explain what was happening and he eventually changed the box and other wiring out. An hour later he fixed it, drove it out of the bay, and proceeded to go back inside to help someone else without saying a word to me AGAIN.
If I knew how to take that box out myself, I would have done so and left it infront of the door, or shipped it to the better business bureau with my complaint.
This company is a joke and does not care about their customers. It is only about money. They do not own up to their own mistakes. I still have yet to get a call from their regional "manager".
I would go get it taken out and take my business elsewhere, but if that experience is anything like my first then I'm likely to lose my transmission going down the highway because of "my fault"
