Moniker has always provided me with prompt, patient, courteous and knowledgeable service. This combination is growing harder to find by the day in most companies. I appreciate the help they've provided over several years with technical issues I am unfamiliar with. Their website is easy to navigate and I've never had any issues with their service.

I have written to Moniker several times over the past year requesting legal support to get personal information which I did not authorize removed from a domain with which they are affiliated and from whom they received revenue. My information was harvested without my consent or knowledge and there is no one who is willing to help do the right thing or even provide me with a number to get the job done. No follow through. WEAK!
