Kevin Bowes (Tax Professional) has given me peace of mind! He is very professional ,courteous and compassionate! When talking to him he makes sure you have a full understanding of the terminology that they use and allows you to ask questions so you have an awareness of things being said. After losing my husband over a year ago I can honestly say I can grieve his lost and fell like I don’t have a burden still on my shoulder, God bless you Kevin for your consistency in making sure my case was looked into properly!

These people have helped me for two years now and they are super professional, friendly and kind. Tax Analyst, Anthony Crossley, is always prompt, respectful and professional. I don't know where I would be without him!

Brandi was fantastic. She stayed in contact, updating me of everything that was happening and what to expect. I am extremely happy with the way my case was handled and settled. I highly recommend them and if you are lucky, you will get Brandi to handle your case as well.

This review is only about my last representative Ruth Reyes. She work diligently to ensure all my questions and concerns were answered. She called when she said she would and she always responded to my emails. Thank you Ruth. Again, this is only about Ruth, not my experience as a whole.
