Joel was very straightforward with the whole process. He helped me understand what the program IS and ISN'T about. He was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to questions that I needed clarification on. Great service overall!

I would get calls about my debt a lot, and I normally never talk to anyone. The one time I did I was greeted by a wonderful woman, Donna, who was very nice, walked me through everything, and went above and beyond to help me save so much and get things resolved so much faster! Also, there was Mike who also walked me through everything and made this experience better than I could have expected. Best duo ever!

I had just enrolled in a program here, my coach that was assigned to me said a cancellation representative would reach out to me two days ago to officially cancel as this ended up not being the program for me being that I was given a ton of false and misleading information initially. However, no one reached out to me at all, he wouldn’t even respond to my emails any longer. I finally got a hold of him and spoke to him, he was EXTREMELY and extraordinarily disrespectful to me and rude, just because I am a woman? He raised his voice at me, said “what do I expect” that “he can’t help me” “nothing he could do” “not his fault” and then hung up on me. That is no way to treat any human being, and it’s unfortunate that he acted discriminatory at that. One of the main reasons I will not partake in the program any longer is because of his horrible treatment as he made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected, I almost couldn’t believe how hostile and agressive he was being as a customer service agent and coach. I will never trust this company due to this experience, very unprofessional and highly inappropriate.
