This company talks a good game but 8 months into my program after taking all my debt and reassuring me that their Huron Law Group would take good care of all legal matters, I am being hit with collection Law firm taking me to court asking for total debt payment in one lump sum and am told that Huron Law wouldn’t be representing me at all and I have to plea in court for more time to pay them myself. All I have is my retirement fund to draw out of as my health failed leaving me in more debt at the hospital and my vacation time is used. I find myself caught between two financial solution companies, the first company had my creditor account locked at garnishment, I had no knowledge of. Yet my new company tells me not to worry they can find the right solution, again talking a good game. Be careful Game winner here at “HUH”!

I had just enrolled in a program here, my coach that was assigned to me said a cancellation representative would reach out to me two days ago to officially cancel as this ended up not being the program for me being that I was given a ton of false and misleading information initially. However, no one reached out to me at all, he wouldn’t even respond to my emails any longer. I finally got a hold of him and spoke to him, he was EXTREMELY and extraordinarily disrespectful to me and rude, just because I am a woman? He raised his voice at me, said “what do I expect” that “he can’t help me” “nothing he could do” “not his fault” and then hung up on me. That is no way to treat any human being, and it’s unfortunate that he acted discriminatory at that. One of the main reasons I will not partake in the program any longer is because of his horrible treatment as he made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected, I almost couldn’t believe how hostile and agressive he was being as a customer service agent and coach. I will never trust this company due to this experience, very unprofessional and highly inappropriate.
